Adult Acute Care
Wait-free virtual sick visits for adults. Efficient diagnosis and treatment for flu, infections, and common acute concerns. When clinically appropriate, visits may include prescription management and return‑to‑work documentation.

Refund & Reschedule Policy
Patients may reschedule their appointment up to one hour before the scheduled time with no penalty.
Reschedule requests made less than one hour before the scheduled appointment time may be treated as a no‑show.
No‑Show Policy: If a patient does not attend the appointment for the full visit, the visit fee is charged in full and is not refundable, regardless of any subsequent attempt to reschedule.
Patients are expected to join their visit on time. A five‑minute grace period is provided. If the provider attempts to connect during that time and the patient is not available or unable to connect, the visit is considered completed.
Chargeback Policy: By scheduling and completing a visit, patients acknowledge and agree to the above refund, reschedule, and no‑show terms. Disputes or chargebacks filed with a financial institution that conflict with these terms may be contested by the clinic, and supporting visit and communication records may be provided.
